Replacing a lost permanent Jordanian passport
Please submit the following:
- APPLICATION FORM
- 2 photos
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
- A copy of the applicant’s Residency card, if any
- A copy of the applicant’s Jordanian Family Booklet
- A copy of the applicant’s valid ID card (for each Jordanian applicant aged 16 years or above)
- The fee of 294.75 Euros if the passport has been lost once, 576 Euros if the passport has been lost more than once, to be paid in cash
- A letter in Arabic explaining how and where the passport was lost, a Police Report including the passport number and the place and date of issue, which must be translated into Arabic and legalized by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the fee of 11.25 Euros, to be paid in cash
Replacing a lost temporary Jordanian passport
Please submit the following:
- APPLICATION FORM
- 2 photos
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
- A copy of the applicant’s Residency card, if any
- A copy of the applicant’s Jordanian Family Booklet
- A copy of the valid “Bridge Permit” and either the Palestinian or Israeli ID card
- A copy of the applicant’s valid ID card (for each Jordanian applicant aged 16 years or above)
- The fee of 463.50 Euros if the passport has been lost once, 688.50 Euros if the passport has been lost more than once, to be paid in cash
- A letter in Arabic explaining how and where the passport was lost, a Police Report including the passport number and the place and date of issue, which must be translated into Arabic and legalized by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the fee of 11.25 Euros, to be paid in cash
