To obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct, please submit the following:
- APPLICATION FORM
- 2 photos
- A copy of your Passport
- The fee of 13.50 Dinars, which must be paid in JD
- A letter indicating the period of your residency in Jordan, the reason for your residency at that time, the full address where you resided in Jordan, and your current telephone number
