The Jordanian Family Booklet must be renewed within three months after its expiration date.
To renew the Family Booklet, please submit the following:
- APPLICATION FORM
- 2 photos
- A copy of the applicant’s valid ID card
- A copy of the applicant’s Residency card, if any
- The fee of 4.50 Euros, to be paid in cash
- The current Family Booklet
- Copies of both the husband’s and wife’s Passports
