To add a child to the Jordanian Family Booklet, please submit the following:
- APPLICATION FORM
- The fee of 4.50 Euros, to be paid in cash
- The current Family Booklet
- A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate, which must be translated into Arabic and legalized by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the fee of 11.25 Euros, to be paid in cash
* Kindly note that under the country’s law, a child acquires the Jordanian citizenship successively if the father is of Jordanian nationality
